Now Replace the toner and it keeps telling me the same error. Also restart the machine and nothing perciste problem.

Loo like you replaced the cyan toner cart.. (with the machine powered off and unplugged) take a look inside the machine with the cyan toner cart out.. make sure that nothing is blocking the metal contacts or if there are dirty contacts. perhaps there is a piece of debris that is blocking the connection of the new toner cart to the printer. another thing to check is the contacts on the toner cart its self.
