Ever sence I have received my Model926 Printer service tag # 692tsd1 serv.code 13609638613 I have had trouble with the display not giving me the English language. I talked to the service department by telephone, for seems like a couple of hours and we got cut off. I didnot try to contact him again as I didnot know his name. Pleas help me if you can. Turn off the printer power.
Disconnect the printer power brick and wait for 10 seconds.
While holding down the Start and Cancel buttons, re-insert the printer power brick.
Hold the Start and Cancel buttons until the power LED begins blinking and the printer shuts itself off.
