I STOPPED MY PRINTER AND REFILLED MY CARTRIDGE, WHEN I CLOSED THE PRINTER DOOR, IT NOW SLAM AGINST THE SIDE OF THE PRINTER WALL. NOW IT WANT TURN OFF OR STOP BLINKING, NOW I CAN'T GET IT TO DO ANYTHING, NOT EVEN LINE UP THE INK CARTRIDGE. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT I DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM...

This is problem when the encoder strip is out of place you need to follow these steps carefully :
To resolve this issue:
Open the front cover of the printer and locate the encoder strip.
This is the thin silver/clear strip that runs across the printer behind
the cartridge carrier. If the encoder strip has come out, it will cause
the printer to go into a carrier stall.
Remove the power from the printer and slide the cartridge carrier to the middle of the printer.
Place your index finger on each side of the carriage onto the encoder strip.
Slightly push it down and back up to get the strip back into
the slot. (On the back of the cartridge carrier, there is a small slot
that the encoder strip fits into.) NOTE ::: Please do it gently do not break the strip or it cannot be used again...
