Screen says Magenta cartridge is missing. But it is correctly installed
I have taken it out and replaced it several times to insure it is properly intalled and no improvement. This is a new machine installed yesterday 12/5/11. It printed and coppied fine until a few seconds ago and nothing has changed or been tampered with. I have tried turning it off and on a time or two.
