I have a C7250 all in one. I am trying to scan pictures to my computer and the instruction manual says to press the scan menu and then scroll down to scan to comuter. The scan to computer is not an option on my C7250

You will need to transfer that option to the front panel menu through the solution center then.darnit, it's been a while and I couldn't find my solution center emulator so here goes anyways.Launch the solution centernear the bottom right there should be settings or something like that near a symbol of a wrench.go into scanner settings or printer advanced settings (I think, it's been a long time)Somewhere in there you're going to find front panel menu settings, and you have to drag Scan to computer from the list of available menu items to the front panel menu items.Conversely, in the solution center, you can simply scan to the computer directly from the main menu there, or in almost any graphics software you can use the SCAN, Acquire, or Place Object functions (whichever your software has) to scan directly to the application.
You have to download and install the full feature package
for your windows system to make the scanner work on your pc.
When you have downloaded and installed the software
click on Hp solution center and select scanner options.
Down load it here:
Remember to select the system you are running 32 or 64 bit.
