Make Sure Scanner is powered up and connected via USB Connect scanner to a different USB port in your PC.If it prompts to install driver, reinstall it with the provided drivers.Go to Control Panel -> Devices and Printers & see if you can detect Lexmark scanner there.If still not, you can try out a different OS or a laptop just to make sure that scanner is working properly.Post results if you tried this option.
