Unable to remove drum from WorkCenter Pro 412, appears to be stuck. do no see any buttons to push to release the drum.

drum cartridge back in its place and open the side cover, then the front
cover. To open the front cover side cover will be required to be open. Now open
the front cover, turn the toner locking lever upwards to unlock the toner cartridge
and pull the toner cartridge out. Now pull the used drum cartridge and slide the
new drum cartridge in place. Please do not touch the surface of the drum. Once
the drum cartridge is replaced reinstall the toner cartridge and lock the
lever. Close the front cover and the side cover.
