Konica Minolta Di 3010 - cannot clear trouble message
The copier detected a c0500 error: low fuser temperature.
The copier will not go past the error; opening/closing the back door did not reset the error. Disconnecting and reconnecting the fuser did not reset the error.
Technical support lines directed me to the service rep menus for trouble reset, however, the service rep menu requires a password.
Nobody knows the password.
It is not "00000000", "12345", "12345678", or anything where the same number is entered (such as "1, 1111, 1111111" or any other number; they've all been tried.)

One thing you can try since you have already removed the fuser you can probably do this but i would not recommend it unless you are familiar and comfortable with the components of the machine turn the copier off remove the back cover you will see in the middle of the machine a metal cover with 4 or 5 screws, behind this cover is the main board it has many wires going to it through out the machine...remove the cover so u can see the board and all its connectors on the board there should be a little black button... turn the machine on press this button and the code should reset. If the code does not reset then the thermistor or thermostats are bad and the fuser needs to be rebuilt. as for the password 8 zeros or 1-8 are the defult passwords for the machine. you can also try 1247....
